Bird in the Hand
Take a whole chicken and joint it to use it in five different dishes.
Under the guidance of your course instructor veryone will be hands on jointing their own chicken. Our instructor will demostrate how to use thie chicken in five different dishes that you will have the opportunity to get involved in cooking. You will get a taster plate of all the dishes created - there will be plenty to eat!
This class is suitable for any level of cooking with the chef demonstrating everything and being on hand at all times to answer any questions.
We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hand’s on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your time with us.
Course times 6.30pm - 8.30pm
