Cooking with Confidence - Part 1
For enthusiastic amateurs who need a confidence boost, this 6 week evening course is ideal for those new to cooking or for anyone wishing to create achievable and inspiring dishes. We will teach you the fundamental kitchen skills to help you create simple weekday dinners, ideas for entertaining and successful baking techniques.
You will also learn to make the best use of store cupboard ingredients, and how to take handy shortcuts to make cooking quick and enjoyable every day.
You will leave the course with a wealth of new skills, tasty and achievable recipes and the inspiration to keep on cooking with confidence.
Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hands on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your time with us.
We will cover;
Typical Recipes on the course will include;
Your evening will start at 6.00pm when you will be welcomed with tea & coffee. Your host will introduce your fellow guests and give you a short Health and Safety briefing after which you will meet your Instructor who will talk your through what you will be doing during your evening.
You will enjoy a tasting plate of the dishes you have made along with a glass of wine. At the end of your cookery session your culinary efforts will be rewarded when you take home dishes to share with family and friends.
This course is weekly on a Wednesday 6.00pm - 9.00pm
