Mediterranean Day Course
This cookery course covers up to six different countries to help mix skills and techniques with a little bit of summer sun just as the Europeans do, to create a set of authentic dishes from this delicious cuisine reminiscent of your overseas travels. You will use the finest ingredients and learn the difference between each Country and its specialties.
Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hands on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your day.

Mediterranean Sea Food One Pot (Spain)
Broad Beans and Peas Flat Bread Bruschetta with Ricotta and Mint (Italy)
Classic Hummus (Morocco)
Lemon & Corriander Flat Breads (Morocco)
Mezze Falafels (Morocco)
Chicken Souviaki -a popular Greek dish (Greece)
Tzatziki - a great refreshig sharing dip (Greece)
Turkish Chili & Herb Dip great on a Mezze Platter (Turkey)
Spiced Lamb & Feta Gozleme (Turkey)
Apple Tart Fine - a delicious delicacy to round off the day (France)
During your course we will cover:
Knife handling skills and chopping techniques
Food preparation techniques using freshly prepared ingredients
A number of dishes which you are welcome to take home
Food seasoning with natural flavours and ingredients
Dish presentation techniques
The day starts at 10am when you will be welcomed with tea and coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow guests and instructing Chef. We will give you a short Health and Safety briefing and talk your through what we will be doing during your course.
You will enjoy lunch around midday and at the end of your cookery session your culinary efforts will be rewarded when you take home dishes to share with family and friends.
