Invigorate your mid-week meals on this meals in minutes evening course. Boost your kitchen skills and gain an instant repertoire of fresh, healthy and delicious meals that can be ready in around 30 minutes, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your evening.
From speedy pan and pasta sauces, to moreish one-pot dishes, you’ll learn to experiment with a range of ingredients to create a different feast for five days of the week.
Our instructors are quailfied Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hand's on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your evening.
Typical dishes on this course include:
Chorizo and Bean Broth
Poached Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes, Mozerella & Basil, wrapped in Parma Ham
Tom Yum Soup
One pot Pork with Apple & Leeks
Classic Pasta Sauce
Your course starts at 6.00pm when you will be welcomed with tea and coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow guests and instructing Chef. We will give you a short Health and Safety briefing and talk your through what you will be doing during your evening. During the evening you will get to try as much or as little as you like of each of you dishes, the rest can be tupperwared up and taken home.
