A Vegetarian Christmas - Half Day

 

 

Look no further for tasty ideas for a Vegetarian Christmas, our recipes are bursting with flavour and will provide you with plenty of ideas to make delicious Christmas Vegetarian food.
 
Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training and cookery school experience. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hand's on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your time with us.

The menu (subject to specific dietary requirments)

 

  • Filo Strudel with Port Wine Sauce
  • Asparagus on Brioche topped with a rich Hollandaise and Poached Egg
  • Chestnut & Shallot Tartin with Mushroom & Madeira Sauce
  • Maple-glazed Parsnip, Chestnut & Feta Loaf
 

You will be welcomed with tea and coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow guests and instructing Chef. We will give you a short Health and Safety briefing and talk your through what you will be doing during your time with us.  At the end of your cookery your efforts will be rewarded with a glass of wine as you sit down to enjoy the dishes you have created.
